EAST RUNTON POND GROUP

There is a small group of volunteers at East Runton who are committed to helping to restore the Lower Common pond.  Also the Top Common pond is having work done to alleviate the loss of water onto the road instead of the correct water course.  The Lower Common pond will be cut and the substrate compacted to retain the water and will be managed as a wildlife seasonal pond.  Some work will be carried out when weather permitting.

POLICE SURGERIES

Owing partly to poor response and cuts the surgeries will not be taking place for the foreseeable future.  We no longer have a representative attending Parish Council meetings.
